Self-defense grappling and striking based on Brazilian jiu jitsu and Aikido traditions. Calastentics based strength and conditioning for all levels of athelete.

Beginner, returner and dealing with injury friendly, classes start with solo movement skills followed by partner drilling and live training/conditioning.
